Victorian 9ct Gold and Black Enamel “In Memory Of Photograph Locket Pendant

A poignant and beautifully detailed Victorian mourning locket dating from circa 1880–1900. The oval 9ct gold front is decorated with black enamel lettering reading “In Memory Of”, surrounding a finely engraved floral motif. The reverse holds a photograph or small keepsake beneath its removable cover.

Created as a deeply personal memorial jewel, it now makes a striking and meaningful antique pendant—rich with symbolism, history and craftsmanship.
